Green Valley Christian School first opened its doors in 1970, as a preschool.  It was begun as a ministry of Green Valley Christian Center, and with the motivation to serve the children and families of Watsonville and the Pajaro Valley.

Subsequently, God has blessed the ministry, and it has grown to include:

Preschool for children up to age 5;

Elementary School for school age children, kindergarten through third grade; and

Homeschool options for families who feel called by God to instruct their own children in partnership with our Christian school.

Our Mission

Green Valley Christian School exists to:

Develop students who are followers of Jesus Christ

Disciple students to Christ-like character

Equip students for life-long Christian service by honoring individual giftedness

Educate students academically for competence in life development

Encourage students to honor their families
